How it’s ranked
Estimated market value of the whole property at the address (Cook County Assessor, 2025). For a tower, that's the whole tower, not the restaurant. ≈ marks the nearest parcel on the block when the exact address has none.
Our 0–100 score and A–F grade, calculated from City of Chicago inspection records since January 2023. Not official City grades: the City reports Pass, Pass w/ Conditions or Fail. An inspection describes conditions on the day of the visit.
